It is decorated with a well detailed aluminum eagle insignia on the peak and and an open embroidered silver bullion wreath surrounding an embroidered tri-color cockade on the band

The buckets were intended for hanging most probably full of sand but certainly could be used for water if required

with lots of checkering intact
