2022 Bricco Ernesto Rebellious Nature White Burgundy The wine is a collaborationThe 2022 Bricco Ernesto "Rebellious Nature" is an organic, co fermented field blend of Nebbiolo, Freisa, Bonarda, Barbera, and a touch of Cortese and Arneis from Roero Renato's own words on the blend: "everything in the basket, and into the fermenter" producing something savory, complex, and entirely its own, with red fruit, grip, and a wild energy that resists easy categorization. This is Renato Vezza's annual collaboration project, made with a
