This small cannon had a wrought iron barrel, and was widely used by field artillery units during the Civil War. These proved to be highly accurate at longer ranges when firing Shot, Shells, and Shrapnel. They were produced by Phoenix Iron Works in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. This
