Boukman Botanical Rhum juniper The finishThis is an agricole style rum, made directly from sugarcane juice, as opposed to molasses, which is the case 98% of the time. This results in a lighter, more savory product, more akin to sipping whiskey than the sweeter molasses based rum. The distillate is infused with Haitian botanicals native woods, barks, bitter orange peel, allspice, clove, vanilla, bitter almond, and cinnamon resulting in a dry, intense, and complex spirit with an elegant
