In silver gilt with red, white, blue and green enamels, number impressed "998" on the reverse, measuring 50. 7 mm (w) x 54. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, chipping evident in the blue enamels on the centrepiece ring, spotting in the white enamels on the arm at 3 o'clock, scattered gilt wear, on its original full length neck ribbon with single hook and eye closure, better than very fine.
