The tallest piece stands 8 1 2" tall and the smallest pieces sits just under 2 1 4". This set is absolutely beautiful! The wiseman and camel have jewel accents and the shading on these pieces are perfection. They are in fantastic condition with normal wear from use and storage. Please see pictures.
