Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a raised monogram of Prince Heinrich XIV, the reverse with an inscription of FR VERDIENST (FOR MERIT), within a laurel leaf wreath, measuring 32. 72 mm in diameter, weighing 18. 2 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in extremely fine condition.
